I was impressed when I saw this seal in Wittenburg on our honeymoon. It was a bit of a riddle I wanted to solve. I painted it a few years ago to have in my studio. It is a symbol of what a life of faith should be and our future eternal hope. We are advancing quickly toward our eternal home--heaven "blues" eternal. (Es blaut ewig.)
