I knew God had a reason for my pursuing viola. I come from an extremely musical family who mostly excel in strings. They will all agree with me that although I share their love for it I was not granted their talent for it. However, I did excel in the "marginal art" of making illustrations on the borders of opera scores and other symphonies during highschool and college rehersals. At times I was the flat out goofball of the viola section. I believe I was placed in an orchestra setting in order to one day celebrate the individuality of every player and the odd things that happen in that environment. I have dressed everyone in their street clothes in order to stress the unique timbre of their contribution to the whole.
